What's good! I'm Spice!
I'm 22 and working on getting my BFA with focus in Illustration and Art History. I grew up writing stories and creating OCs (both fan and original) as well as role playing with friends, so storytelling (whether visual/illustrative or written) has always been a large part of my life. Can't say I'm that great at it, but it is the thing I love
Most of the things I draw and/or write about have to do with fantasy (fairies, monsters, deerpeople, etc) and Rom-com genres...sometimes an unholy mix of them!
In any case, I am currently working on an elven fantasy story (Okay. I know what you're thinking, but it's not that). It's been in the making for about 5-7ish years now I believe. I'm not really familiar with subgenres in writing, but I usually just say it's of the adventure/steampunk genre. Anyway, I was searching Google for some advice on fantasy storytelling a la the written word and weaseled my way to this site and the forums! Thought it looked like the perfect place to get some good advice and feedback, so I will definitely be asking questions when I can.
