Aside from some of the errors in this post (Carniferous?? Should be coniferous), it's a good start for someone wanting to make 'believable' animals.

I love that the very first step is 'Purpose.' Why do you want a creature? Exactly. Answer that one and you are good to go.

One of my creatures is linked to my name. I make 3D creatures as a hobby. I should see if someone can make it into a sculpture. Maybe some company can.
