I'm mostly creating a Space Fantasy Setting, like "Star Wars" or "Guardians of the Galaxy", but below here is a List of what I have so far, do you have any opinions on this topic?

I'd also work out a list of what cannot be done or doesn't exist.
Telepathy? FTL? Transporters? Time travel? Magic?
This list doesn't have to hard and fast. Just adds to your frame work.

Magic could just be technology that just isn't sufficiently understood, and psionics is often used as a sort of "space magic."
